I saw a DVD yesterday on dolphins. What beautiful animals they are. They are not only full of love but are so intelligent. I was just in awe. They are and should be an example to humanity. We could learn a lot from them.

There was one example of dolphins saving the life of an underwater photographer who was at risk from a shark. Another time, a diver was playing back tape recorded dolphin sounds to see their reaction. Well one of the dolphins proceeded to behave as a human would, such as standing on it's fins, and also diving down straight up -- nose facing the surface, tail toward the sea floor. Dolphins never swim that way, so this dolphin was showing that he understood that humans were mimicking the dolphins in a sense via the taped voices, and this dolphin responded by mimicking the diver in turn.

It was disturbing though to see the propeller and net damage that had been done to these amazing creatures. The DVD is entitled "20 Years with the Dolpins" and the web site is http://www.bluevoice.org/ .

Yes, Laurie, it's so sad.

Back in 1990, I was in meditation and dolphins irrupted in with a S.O.S. call, telling me they needed help to survive and that they had a mission toward humanity, because they emited an energy we needed. It was telepathic, I saw a cone shaped ray of white energy emerging from a dolphin brow and I felt at the time, like being LOVE's energy. This experience was repeated 3 times and a friend of mine, also in meditation, had the same experience. I was working at the time with a group of 12 meditating in my home and we started sending Light to the dolphins situation for a long period of time.

This happened in 1990. Imagine how must be the situation now, with the seas condition worsened by all kind of contamination!

Just about two weeks ago I was sent a You-tube by a friend about dolphins being killed every year (thousands ) at the Japanese coast. I felt sick watching part of it and had to stop.....It is unbelievable how these beautiful creatures are treated and how their trust in humans is betrayed that way...

I also believe that dolphins and human beings are deeply connected.
Maybe you have heard about Doreen Virtue. In her book "Goddesses & Angels" she writes:

"....When Atlantis was sinking, some sea-humans escaped by changing into dolphins. They swam to Africa, South-America and Mexico, where they handed over their knowledge about healing and pyramids and founded the basis for the cultures of Egypt, the Aztecs and Mayas. The Greek legend tells, that Apollon arrived in Greece as a dolphin. When he transformed himself back into his human form, the Shrine of Delphi was built in his honour. Many deities had been leaders of Atlantis. Some of them were Athene, Apollon, Thoth, Metatron and Merlin......"

I have just discovered that Jonathan Goldman, the maker of the Holy Harmony meditation CD mentioned in the first post, has also an album entitled Dolphin Dreams, a meditation CD containing dolphin voices, rolling waves and other relaxing sounds. Another one for my wish list.

Bringing this back to Elvis, I was just thinking how playful and curious the dolphins were, which reminded me of little children, which in turn reminded me of Elvis, who, even as an adult still had that childlike wonder, curiosity & innocence about him. It does seem like some of that was lost after his divorce, but not all of it. Perhaps Wanda could shed more light.

They have a place down in Florida called Discovery Cove where you can swim and touch Dolphins I think it would be so Awesome to have that interacting with such Wonderful Animals. Barbara Lea!

I couldn't resist posting this even though I hardly remember anything of the dream.

Last night I dreamt I was a dolphin, swimming within a dolphin pod (other dolphins). But it wasn't the happy go lucky dream as one might expect. There was sorrow attached somehow. Either my dolphin buddies thought I had done something wrong, or I thought that they thought that, as if I was feeling ashamed. There's a difference between the two thoughts, and I just can't remember which one was in the dream.

I hope I get to be a dolphin in another dream but wish it to be a happier one!

I'm sure Laurie, that you did no wrong. Probably it has been a projection of some hidden fear of not being up to the circunstances, like many of us had sometime.

Lisa kept Elvis in touch with the child in him...he said that too. He so enjoyed playing with her and especially so when it was only he and her and no one else a round spying or prying as he put it. He said he sat with her on the floor and they played with her dolls -I think they were Barbie dolls and he was Ken only she thought they should color his hair black...and Elvis told her that his hair was really blond/brown and Lisa told him it wasn't! He had always had black hair! And he said he didn't argue with her because in her life time, he had always had and that's how she remembered it. So he showed her his roots when she got older and she told him to get it fixed right away before anyone saw them! He just cracked up laughing at her saying that.! He did lose some of the joy that seemed to be bubbling inside him so often, but not that much of it because he had her to keep it all alive for him. It hurts me to think about who kept it alive for her after he was gone-is that why she watched his movies over and over so much as a youngster-could be she was letting him keep her inside child alive in that way. And he would try, I'm sure he was with her more than any one could ever know but maybe deep inside her did know. That little girl looked so lost in the pictures of her shortly after in Europe with her mom...she looked like a door had been shut so hard in her face and nothing was showing...her little face was shut down, cold, numb and nothing was allowed to show. They were walking on a beach-neither of them had any expression-just clinging to each other's hands. I felt so bad for both of them, and especially for little Lisa though I know that Pris at that time was as lost and as miserable as anyone could be. I can not imagine how that must have been for the two of them. I have to say that both came back and thankfully found a way to go on living, being and giving back even though so much was taken from them when he left them...and us all. wjh

Well, I realized I hadn't answered the post question above and I just tend to write what I think-how it comes out is just kind of the way my mind takes it and I flashed back on those photos of Lisa and her mom, I think they were in the Star tabiloid and I was in the grocery store and saw them and stood there looking at their faces and had tears running down from under my shades...and didn't even notice until the lady ahead of me asked me if something was wrong. I said, yes, "Elvis is gone." and darned if she didn't well up in tears too. I remember that because we were total strangers and felt the same heart ache. wjh

Oh by the way, I had a biopsy of something in the tear duct of my right eye-it looks like maybe the melanoma may be there and they are talking about removing the tear duct if it is verified. The doctor who did the other surgery feels it is though we will wait as I don't want the thing done if it's not necessary! I'll have to use eye drops all the time in that eye if they do-right now it just waters all the time and runs down my face or my nose depending. And I can't read very well as that eye is so blurry all the time. It could just be something else-who knows. anyway if you don't hear from me right away, that's what is happening. It will be done at the doctor's like the other was and will take a whole day and then if they have to do anything further-that means I'll have to be admited and I do not want to be sedated ever again-
especially if they intubate to keep me under. Not a good thing and I can't afford to lose any more brain cells! I am not worried about it-no point to that! Just letting you know if I am not on here for a few days-that's probably what's going on. wjh

Oh Wanda! I am so sorry to hear about your eye problems and please know that my heart and my prayers go out to you. I also know that Elvis will be watching over you with extra special care and he will be with you every step of the way as you go through all of this.

Wanda, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Not being able to have natural tears sounds so uncomfortable. I do hope you do not have to have your tear duct removed and/or have any surgery.
