REGARDING ELVISLIGHTEDCANDLE FORUM-

Maia recently posted she was going to combine her "NING" forum with the CANDLELIGHT forum because they were so similar- and that must be why some thought she was closing the ELC forum. She IS NOT going to close or shut down ELC.

As per email I received from Maia, I think some work is being done with the conversion of files but guessing it has already happened with no trouble or problems whatsoever, yea!

Hi !
We will try to upgrade our forums from phpBB2 to new phpBB3. I do not know how much it will take, because are millions of files to convert. We had to move more early to phpBB3, but i was very busy in the last two months, and i had some problems to solve first, because the upgrade process to all that forums it is not simple at all and bad things can happen any time. Anyway, in the last two days i made a full back-up to all forums to be sure that everything will be ok.

I am sorry, if you will not access your forums during this process !

After the movement will be completed, if you have any problems with forums, please let me know .

Thanks so much for letting us know further details about this situation thru your e-mail with our sweet Maia Sue my dear friend! :wink:

Hope our dear ELC angel is feeling better and that all of this "tech" stuff she's trying to do doesn't overwork her or wear her out too much.

I truly hope Maia realizes that ALL of her efforts and hard work for ELC/ECN are so very much appreciated as is she herself!!! :wink:

You're welcome, dear angel and totally agree, hoping all this "tech" stuff and everything else she tries so hard with doesn't wear/burn her out! Amen, dear Mari! Both our 'hosts', Maia and Wanda are very much appreciated and cared about, perhaps more than they might know!
