There are so many charities around for various things it is difficult to know what to support and what not to sometimes but I guess as long as it's done in the right frame of mind and spirit, it is ok.

The above charities are, mostly speaking, to do more with human conditions specially Free Tibet, Amnesty etc but I feel there are so many people who are being persecuted and tortured for believing in and standing up for their right to believe in what they choose. Political and religious prisoners, their only "crime" is to believe and follow their own spiritual path in life.
