From the FAQ link above it states:

I've lost my password!

Don't panic! While your password cannot be retrieved it can be reset. To do this go to the login page and click I've forgotten my password. Follow the instructions and you should be back online in no time.

Tip from Maia: In order to get the "I've forgotten my password" link which will appear underneath the "log in" button, you have to first click the "log-in" at the TOP of the page.
