Love that picture of Capt'n Elvis. He did love to do the routines. I wish I could get a bigger picture of the badge he's wearing to see which one it is-I have one from he said he got when he did Easy Come, Easy Go-apparently he got a couple of them and had extras of the same kind. They were Harbor Security Police badges-and it's funny, all the men he met seemed to like him alot and were willing to give him whatever he liked, and to cater to whatever they thought he might like. It was just that he was right away recognized as a "man's man" and that he was a nice guy, not stuck on himself in any way and made everyone feel right at home-comfortable I guess. And they became very protective of him too, I even saw that a time or two-men he didn't know would jump up to protect him in crowds etc;. It was nice.
I like to come here and read the posts-I don't have much luck meditating unless I'm outside in the dark or sitting out in the shade when it's nice and the clouds and sky is clear and beautiful. It was today, there was a little dab of rain here and alot all around us-when the clouds broke up the sky was the exact color of the blue in Elvis' eyes-he had some darker blue as well and they changed according to what he wore or the background but I always think of him when the sky is that color.
Thanks for all the links-I can go see them on Starla's lap top and will when she has some time. It's a weird keyboard and weird mouse and then she uses a finger to move things around. Weird! But it works. wjh
