It feels good to come back to these threads, which are more based on our own experiences in meditation. It has been a while since we last meditated together. Maybe we could accord a new date. I feel it would be a reinforcement for us in such a turbulent time.

Maybe a day over the weekend would be easier with many of us working during the week would possibly be better?

Well, Saturday would be better personally at the same time we used to have chats. Say 8pm UK time? Think in Germany/Spain you are one hour ahead if I recall correctly? Mari, I think Chicago is 5 hours behind UK time too if this helps?
