yes Joe, I will but we haven't had enough people posting to set up a chat date for a while...slowly people are coming back, some been gone a-while. I'll see what Roselyn thinks and we might give it a try this month if everyone will be available- or at least 3 of us! Thanks for being our "guest' - we'll have you on the "Celebrity hot seat" for an interview...how bout that? Love ya, wjh

This video needs to be seen by some 'insiders', it contains some remarcable theories involving some bizarre facts that relate Elvis his drug use to his 'spiritual quest'. Time to rewrite history? Look in youtube for the 5 part video of "Elvis What Really Happened?" /watch?v=fk1fB9-aXiU

Hi Greg, "time to rewrite history"...based on the memories of drug users by their own admissions, who now tell the 'stories' as if they were l00% true and accurate? Well, I dunno...can't say that will stick. Elvis did try out some drugs that many young people were doing in the 60's...but he didn't find what he thought he might and never did it again... Elvis did use sleeping pills prescribed for him, he did have problems waking up and he at times admitted he used more prescribed meds to help him get his 'ass down to the xx... studio' to quote his exact comment. he was sooo sick of those films by then... Those 'history changers' didn't know everything, he didn't tell them a great deal, especially about his potentially dire health problems because of 'loose lips' among them, and the fact that he had it drummed into his head that no one would want to see a 'sick actor' etc or hire one... if you showed 'weakness' you were 'dead in the business of entertaining' was the theme of many a lecture from the Colonel....according to Elvis, whom I believe after having had his friendship and listening to his many 'woes' once he realized my lip was zipped where he was concerned and the 'public ears'. Rewrite history....gee, that's kind of what the Republicans and their new cohorts tend to want to do....with nary a thought of the rest of us...who share this earth and it's ...uhhh...other inhabitants. Thanks for posting Greg, keep us informed. By the way, most of the material that used under the topic 'Conversations and memories" has been 'pruned out by yahoo due to space issues- they go through and do the pruning and don't consider the content it appears, nothing we can do about any of it. just policy...this is a free site, they can do whatever as such. Sad but true. wjh
