A great story about Shasta and the crystal, Wanda! It reminds me that just after Elvis' death (days after) he "told" me that he was visiting many sacred places on this earth that he had not had a chance to go to during his lifetime!

Amanda, I can't seem to figure out the meditation thing. I've read many places that this is the key to everything. But my mind always interrupts and nothing good or helpful ever comes out of it. But I know it's a powerful thing. You are very blessed to "get" this

Dear Atlantis,

Well, we all are blessed being able to meditate, you too.

First thing that helps is not to doubt oneself. It is only a matter of training. There's nothing extraordinary in it. Many times, we get in that state spontaneously, without being aware of it. (I can tell from my own experience.)

There's a post I did about meditation some time ago. It is at THE FIELD OF ROSES, the topic Rhama Azul (7.24.2006). But there has been some other comments about that matter, that you'll find posted, as long as you'd be reading more of this Forum. It takes some time to read everything, but I highly recomend you to try.

I can understand very well your excitation, discovering so much about Elvis that matched so well what you had been feeling for him. Something similar occurred to me when I first got in touch with ELC. I spent hours and hours reading everything (and I mean everything), in ELC and after that, in the Forum. It took me about three weeks and then, I dared to get into the Forum myself. The first forum in my life!
