What a beautiful story. What cherished memories the people who met and knew him have. What a gentleman too. I wish I had the chance to feel that electricity that people speak of when they saw him. I get the willies just thinking about it. Now, I have to go get the lump out of my throat from reading these stories. What a rare and lovely man he was!

:hello: Laura I haven't read this for some time myself, and the person these women are talking abut is the person I have always known in my Heart. Even though I have never felt te Electricity like those Women have, I still feel how it could have Felt everytime I hear certain Songs that Elvis sings and when I look at that Goregous Face.

I had not read them for a while either, and I still find the expression of his nature to be honest and kind, just as those many other people who have worked with and for him, who got to know him, spend time with him, both male and female and who express the same thoughts and observations as a group- and who knew the same guy we did. Not just the entertainer/image guy, but the one who made it all come together as one one stage. When off stage, he was Elvis and on stage he was ELVIS was how he put it jokingly... and he knew "it was always this Elvis thing" going on in people's heads when they were in his presence and didn't actually know him, the man behind that "Elvis thing". He couldn't under stand it either, after all he was "jus' plain ol' Elvis, nothin' fancy 'bout that". Yeah...right on dude!
