Peace filling the heart is my first wish for everyone on this forum.
The second wish is that all of us can begin 2007 safe and sound and (not :) insane :) from the stress that seems to tag along with shopping and such at this time of year!!)
A third wish is that no one in the world is cold, hungry or without shelter.
Another wish, is that all of us here try to reach out to a person we know who is in turmoil in the heart or is just in need of a friend and a loving heart.
On a very personal level I wish for our second grandchild, who is due the end of January, is born healthy. Gavin is going to be a very good brother to his little brother. I believe that with all of my heart.
To me knowing the world is going to better than in 2006, will be the very best wish for this most glorious season, that is celebrated in various ways around the world.
Let us all hope for peace for the world and in all of the world for 2007 and on.
Love to all of you,
Marjorie

I had hoped I would not have to go near another store but I am going to have to brave the mall 1 more time---there is only 1 mall in our county. The good part is I do not have to go to more than one store there, and the bad part is finding a parking place for the few minutes the errand will take to complete. From our house it is 35-40 minutes to the mall and the same coming back home.
I will just keep telling myself---a mantra for the day--- that I just need to focus on staying positive, to take deep breaths and to exhale slowly, to count to 10 lots of times and really, really hope to not allow people to get to me and hope none of the "insanity" rubs off of anyone and on me!! :)
So keep me in your postive zone tomorrow the 16th, if you think of me!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D

LOL,
Marjorie

Marjorie,

You are describing quite well what I had to do these last days. I missed buying a present too. You are a fine example of positive attitude and intention. I'm sure it will work for you perfectly. :P :P

What I tell myself these days, when something unexpected appears in the middle of a busy-like-bee day, is: Do not oposite resistence. Flow with the stream of Life. It also works for me and I save a lot of energy I would spend while resisting. :P :P

I believe that Elvis was, that he IS and that Elvis will always be. I am thankful each and every day that the ELC is here so we can really express what is inside of our hearts.
Love,
Marjorie

THE NEW YEAR COMING UP 2007 IS GOING TO BE A VERY SPECIAL YEAR, IN JANURARY ELVIS WILL BE ANOTHER YEAR OLDER. IN AUGUST IT WILL BE 30 YEARS SINCE ELVIS WENT TO BE WITH HIS MOTHER, BUT TO ME IT IS ANOTHER YEAR TO TALK AND SEE AND HEAR ELVIS, AND TO BE WITH MY ELVIS FAMILY HERE AT ELC. MAY YOU ALL HAVE A BLESSED HOLIDAY SEASON! MAY WE CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE LOVE AND JOY THAT ELVIS GIVES TO EACH OF US HERE, TO THE WORLD THAT DOESN'T KNOW THE ELVIS WE HAVE COME TO KNOW. :D GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE! FAIRYTALE!
