Post subject:  Please pray for my friend Sue and her Mom?

I have been made aware today via text/phone from my pal Sue in England. Her Mom who has had dementia, is now in hospital with pneumonia and a nasty chest infection! Apparently she's been in and out of hospital the last few days, having collapsed, the hospital now has Sue's Mom under supervision but it is touch and go. Poor Sue, when she's not in hospital visiting her Mom, is at home on her own so please can you pray for both of them at this time?

Thanks, ladies!, :hello:

with love, Sue

Yes, will do. Poor Sue, it is tough not to be where our loved one's
are ill, though I know her mom even though older, will know and feel
her Sue's love and concern no matter the distance. Love can reach
through miles and through every illness, trial or haze this earth can
bring to us humans...and animals as well, I think. God's love is all
encompassing and always available.
love,
wjh

Our Noir Bear Angel is doing good, she will soon recover; thank you all
for the prayer for her. She will be a wonderful help around here as our
guard dog and entertainment source as well. She has a sense of humor!

Thank you for the prayers, Wanda and Rose-Lyn! I will pass your words onto Sue; I spoke to her earlier today; her Mom has been moved from a hospital into a care home and she will be probably there at least a month. Luckily, this is closer in distance to where Sue lives so she can visit her easier. Meanwhile, I have sent her a few movies on dvd and a nice big photo of Elvis from Aloha to give her some cheer and the movies might help to take her mind off things a little bit anyways!

Many thanks for the update on Noir Bear Angel, Wanda! Glad she's doing better and it sounds for sure like she has a great sense of humor! :) :P

with love always, Sue :hello:

Sue phoned me to say thanks for the bits and pieces, they are helping her. She's visiting her Mom to take some bits and says she's stable and doing ok for the moment. Glad for the things to help take her mind off worrying and we've been texting silly jokes on our cellphones over. She's so used to looking after her Mom's every need every single day that it's difficult for her to fill all her days with knowing what to do, I've said to her to make space right now so Sue can get a break and chill out for a while, she surely deserves a bit of 'me time' so to watch and listen to some Elvis!

Sue's Mom's getting better as I've heard but still needs to stay in the nursing home a bit longer. Sue doesn't know what to do with herself at the moment as she's usually running around looking after and caring for her Mom' when she's at home!
