Hello Joe, Hey thanks! I enjoyed Myrna's interview on a past interview so I am looking forward to reading her's with you! Also Ed's. My book is at the wire-I am not holding my breath-but almost as it will be done by months end for sure...barring an earthquake in So. Carolina that destroys things that is. Not likely, so that's not a worry! I sure hope the wait will be worth it to everyone-I am half way done with Face to Face so it will be ready to start on it's trip through Booksurge in a couple months. It's quite a bit different than WR,E in that it is more revealing of details, what I saw, heard and so forth and it has totally different people commenting as well as a repeat of some of the conversations that are on this Website-people wanted to be able to read them on paper instead of on screen so for those, I decided to include the best of them in it. That will be the last one about him that I do-other than if I live long enough, I'll get that Fairytale thing edited and get it out-but it is fiction... with some truth in it too. Many fans will know which is what and it just makes it interesting to have some things in there for that purpose. However, I cannot stress enough that it was done as a work of fiction and the author (s) never intended for it to be taken as anything else. It would make a good movie though-if they could find the right guy to play the lead...that is. Will talk to you soooonnn... it's been 117 degrees here! And now it's 85-100 and HUMID-unheard of in this area at this time of year! Times they are a changing!
I hope you are doing well, Joe. And the kids and wife too. You guys live in a busy area...it's been hot that way also. Hope the power isn't off much-we've had some of that but only short periods. wjh

I liked Myrna's telling about the porn star marilyn Chambers in her skin tight black dress with nothing under it and Elvis telling Myrna she had to be his date and sit by him and keep her "off me" please. He was afraid of her Myrna said, afraid of Marilyn Chambers!
He didn't want the other one from Deep Throat fame around him closely either though he massaged her neck from behind as she was suffering a terrible headache-she wanted him alone, and he wouldn't go, Linda protected him that time, he said he was "too scared of Linda" he couldn't take her to his room, no way. Those kinds of girls were his "downfall" really, he liked to look but he didn't want to touch...too afraid he'd "lose ma head" he would say, and giggle. And he didn't want any kind of crap in the media about him and them either-for sure. The Col. would take off his head! wjh

And he was more scared of his Linda Thompson so no way could he take the other LL into his room! He was so funny that way-...afraid he'd "catch somethin' awful off one of them kind". I think his momma drummed that into his head pretty goood....he was "nasty clean" to say the least. He had an eye for the really sexy looking girls, but he didn't go after them much-I got to see that he would spend more time watching, talking to and then walking off with the more innocent, sweet looking girls. But he had an eye for the other kind...he looked, esepcially those at the pool the one day I was there to see that side of him. He watched everything-
and sat there talking bad about what was going on as far as them after him etc: and why they were that way and how he felt about it etc-it's in face to face too. But he looked...and he let them do things that surprised me...I mean they were so openly hinting and offering whatever...and didn't care who saw or heard them...as long as it was him listening too. He handled it well, but he didn't do anything to make them think they might have a chance later on...just not right then. He was a devil under all that charm... but not quite as bad as we've been led to think, I learned that. What was really odd was that he knew the Chambers girl before she went into porn and he tried to talk her out of it. She asked him to film her and he did /he didn't like seeing himself on camera (in that way) he put it...so it was destroyed-he did it. She wanted to see her self, how she'd look and then she went into porn work. He was dismayed and even offered to give her money if that was it, but she told him she wanted a career not a guardian. He was hurt-but he never had a thing to do with her again- So he was scared to be alone with her when she visited after becoming a big star...probably afraid she'd have someone take their picture together or something-no way he'd want that! She never got into his house as a friend again either...not after she went into porn movie work. Lovelace he didn't know, but he was curious why she'd be doing what she was and she didn't feel well with her stiff neck so he massaged it for her. And she made him an offer and he refused it-not too nicely I've heard. He said to me later when he said she had been up there with her managers, that she must be having to work for them, probably had to do it to pay off something she "owed". That she had been a nice young girl but she'd changed-he didn't know this woman. (He should know about that...he had to pay.) What I said about the "meetings" etc: just didn't want them all over the net and they would be-I need to have more information and will hopefully be getting it now that I hooked up with an old friend who was on site a lot of the time and who doesn't want to be involved but will talk a little if handled right. The karate roughhouseing was not exactly going on that night-that was just the cover story at the time to explain his absences to others such as family etc: Anyway, it over and done and no for the world's many eyes and ears on line...if you know what I mean. wjh.

you're right Wanda..one must be extremely careful in the net,and all that is really done..but as a simple human being, the wish of knowing the truth,will be biting my lil brain forever.. and those girls sounds like,they were there on purpose, as a piece of some dirty plan of those idiotic bosses .. their none creative minds were full of s..t for sure to keep him for themselves.. sorry!! for being foul mouthed..I think I'm the only one here..shame on me..

I agree with what you say about Elvis for sure and those other bosses, Zey 100%!

As for the language: can assure you, you're not the only one, should have heard what I've just been saying while trying to delete the various adverts and spammer posts on this forum!!!
