He just blew me away...even at a distance (looked very small in that large place). In fact, he blew the whole place away!
My female cousin was with me...teasing me about Elvis--that is BEFORE he came out. She was into a phase in her life (21) when she was afraid of GERMS. She washed her hands all the time and didn't even like to touch money. Well, when Elvis came out being driven around the dome in the little red car, I glanced to my side and my cousin was GONE. Then I saw her at the railing, stooped down, with her head beteen this strange man's LEGS so she could better see Elvis!!
When she came back to her seat, she commented somewhat stunned: "It was kinda like seeing JESUS."
There was a young couple in front of us. They had a toddler, who was sitting on the father's lap. The man was grumping at his wife that he was NOT HAPPY about having to sit through this Elvis thing. When the car came out with Elvis in it, he tossed the baby into the wife's lap, stood up and said something like "MY GOD!". He was mesmerized during the entire show.
It was not what they were SEEING really, it was the VIBRATION Elvis was emanating that simply overwhelmed them.
