Zey, you are too funny!
You have been hand picked by an unseen hand to be a part of this orchestra, so "somebody" must have been very pleased with your cello sound.

You've given me an idea, though. If each of us were an instrument , what would we be? I think of myself as a harp. In fact, in the past, sometimes I would visualize playing a harp, but it does not appear that I have musical instrument playing abilities. Of course, that had to do with reading music. I tried to teach myself and failed miserably, but, then come to think of it, Elvis never learned how to read music either. He learned via his intuition and ear--which is why I think he could put so much creativity into his songs.

I think that in the symphony, there's taken in account the naughty ways that cello loves to play.

thank you Laurie..and yes I'm hand picked from the "bottom of the barrel"   ,as Elvis said for his musicians to tease them in some concerts..
well ,reading music is more like needing forms and shapes, and numbers to express feelings and this is not a higher level in cosmo's music and as any given true musical talent, in my opinion..Some great compositors and (our Elvis too)never needed those shapes actually, since they heard every sound of every instrument in their own heads and hearts..only for others to read, they wrote down, what they heard ,on papers..hope someday, somewhere, you can play with that harp the melodies come from your heart :D ..who knows we all might as well form a chamber orchestra together..

Dear Laurie and Zey,

If I could choose, I would like to play in that orchestra Crystal bells. If that is not possible, then I would ask from Heaven "inmediate" knowledge to play clasic spanish guitar. Everything is possible if you only believe. :P

I would like to play the violin, which I learned to play from age 10 to 18. After that I neglected it, I'm sorry to say. But I really LOVE this instrument, it is some kind of magic for me!

Zey, the cello suits you!! And some days ago I thought of you being Elvis' warrior, always there to fight for him! That picture is very clear for me!! :)

A beautiful poem, Christine. You have a gift with words and you are receptive to hearing what is essential to hear to enable you to compose a poem such as this one. Thank you for sharing it with all of us.
The ONE on high has blessed you. :)

Sarena this beautiful creation was "whispered" into your ear, then made a HEART TO HEART connection as it went straight from your heart then directly into all of ours. :D The words are so soul-touching and I can't thank you enough for sharing this with all of us!! :D :D
