QUESTION?

I have found a piece of conversation I would like to post. HOW DO IT COPY IT TO THE ELC SITE? It's on my computer in documents and don't have it on paper that I can find. I'm putting everything on my computer on cd and found this bit. HELP? Do I need to e-mail it to someone who can put it there? I am rather stupid when it comes to computers etc:. wjh

Wanda, all you need to do is go to the top left hand corner of the doc, left click on your mouse and drag to the end of the doc to highlight it. Then press Control "c" (holding the control button down while pressing the c); then go the ELC post and press Control "v", again holding down the control button as you press the v. And that's all there is to it.

As an alternative to using the control c/v keys, you could right click for copying and pasting.

Hi, I e-mailed it to Laurie, and didn't wait for her okay-yeeks. I can't seem to get it to post-it blips off but then everything I post is first in "debugging language" until I log off and log back on then it shows up eventually in english! Crazy! I am throwing out my old video writer/Canon star writer's and have them where I can see their screens and type off things on them that I don't seem to have handy and there are a few short conversations I've found. I didn't want to dispose of them until I had looked through all the things that were on there. Maia will remember those things! I got mine because she had one and then she upgraded big time and I didn't until 8 years ago nearly! Anyway, I don't have much more to go through and if there is anything I'll post it if it's something I can post. Not that there is much I can't that he said-but some things I do edit...
must keep it clean and neat you know! Not that he was ever vulgar really, just very personal to him stuff that I don't think he'd like to blurt out to the world unless he was here to clairfy more and more-and knowing him, even more. wjh
