to let us know
there is no separation

with your eternal glow

and neverending flow
of sweet inspiration
of loving invitation
to meet there with you
as we gather anew
in still contemplation
reflecting your message
to brighten our lifes

What a beautiful poem!
The believe of seperation has been on my mind alot lately, asking for attention because somethimes I forget....guess it is only natural, for so long I believed I was.
It hurts me when I forget to remember that we are never seperated from all what is, from true Love....
Your poem is a sweet reminder that it IS true, that we are never seperated. So, thank you!

Elvis truly tried with all of his Sweet Heart, Soul, and Mind to Spread the Message that know one is above anybody else and I sure do hope that this Message he had Spread he knows where he is that it is still being Spread today, by us the Fans that know without a Doubt Who Elvis Presley was and still IS! Laurie, your question is NOT stupid!
The poem is about El'vis, but after posting it ,it also came to my mind that it could be directed to GOD also. And as El'vis is living in God's loving presence and representing some of His aspects, there is no hesitation to direct the poem to El'vis. He inspired me to write about him that way.. :wink:

I believe that all search is the search for GOD and all appreciation is appreciation of GOD, for GOD is the SOURCE, the PATH and the END, from our limited linear perspective.

I believe that Elvis was and IS an expression of GOD, as all of us are. Appreciating any of the aspects of multiciplity in Creation, we are chanting to GOD, even when we do not directly express it.
