I think there is something missing in the eyes which has to be hard to get right.

Thanks for the link Sue. It's a nice painting but I agree with you Di. There is something about the eyes that just doesn't seem quite right and like you said it must be hard to capture it in artwork because they, like everything else about him were so unique and special. That being said, our dear Zey-Zia never fails to capture the amazing spirit within his beautiful eyes in all of her wonderful drawings.

Yeah, couldn't quite pinpoint it but now you ladies come to mention it, is the eyes that must have been hard to get right though agree our Zey-Zia always seems to get Elvis' spiritual likeness and the special charisma he had so perfectly!

I have to say that not only the eyes, but also the nose and mouth lack real likeness with Elvis
