Elvis may have been the most beautiful man in the world. His face was carved like a stone, chiseled out of rock, he was just that good looking, and his voice was unbelievable.

He was a phenomenon, and he arrived fully formed.

Jennings was always one of my favorite performers, even when he was a "wayword soul" out there being criticized by his peers in country for being too "rowdy" with his music and looks. He was also one who "broke the mold" for country artists and I know Elvis admired his talents and liked him. It is really nice when males can say such things about him and not be "ashamed, or embarrased" for it. They are true male souls I think, without the fear of NOT being masculine enough etc; for such thoughts expressed openly. wjh
